I am just home after a great few days at the NEC for the 2017 Photography show. Whilst there I took the opportunity to get a few shots of the wonderful Rosa Brighid! A model who I have wanted to work with for a while but have not had the chance. It was only a quick handful of shots, but I hope to get the chance to work with Rosa in the future and get some great images.
Today I have been at the 2017 Photography show at the NEC for the second year running and had a great time. I managed to catch a lot of interesting talks and seminars all focused on architectural photography and UAV’s which is something I am very interested in. I have recently had a fun opportunity to play with some gels and get some nice alternative lighting setups whilst doing some portraiture and i am very happy with the results.
Back in the studio today with this beautiful bikini model. I decided to shoot against a red backdrop to gain some experience in working with such a strong colour. The colour cast caused by the deep red was not overwhelming and the lighting was on point so I was rather happy with the image we produced.
Today I was in the studio shooting high key fashion images with model Sadie, she is a fantastic model who knows how to pose on request. The images are exactly what I had planned to achieve and i could not have done it without such a beautiful and talented model.
