On a recent training course I was running in Perranporth Cornwall, whilst on the beach teaching landscape photography the sun burnt red and gold and these two girls were having a magical moment! I had to capture this shot and had about 2 seconds to do it! I love this image…
This weekend I was asked to shoot Porkstock 2018 which is a fantastic charitable event to raise money for Nelson’s Journey who help bereaved children come to terms with the loss of a parent or guardian. This morning I had the chance to photograph Bodiam Castle in East Sussex before the crowds arrived on what was going to be a very busy summers day. The weather was great, but the sun was not in the best location so I had to do a lot in post production to make this image stand out. Today I was on Southwold beach in Suffolk on what was a lovely ‘warm’ winter’s day. It reached 14 degrees which was amazing for mid-Feb! And the town and beach were packed! The shoot brief was ‘winter lifestyle’ but the images do look a lot more like ‘spring’ but they were very happy with the images either way.
